The Web CMS sites MSIS offers her clients use open source engines such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal and run on a database. CMS sites are reliable, fast loading, extremely flexible, allow for extensive SEO control, benefit from thousands of open source plug-ins, are in full compliance with the standards of the W3C and were built to integrate easily with all social media options.
CMS web sites allow the Client to actually log-in and make changes to their web site’s content through an online control panel without having to install and learn third party software or have even a drop of web programming skills. Mindy finds a lot of joy in seeing how happy her Clients are when in control of their own web content. MSIS Web Site Design and Development Process
MSIS works from a strategy where the planning of each site includes thinking like an ‘Information Architect’ to best organize a Client’s content, a ‘Search Engine Marketer’ to drive traffic to the new site, a ‘CMO’ ( chief marketing officer ) to build the most cohesive brand and a ‘Content Strategist’ to put it all together.

$2,500.00 to start for CMS web sites with customized themes to fit your needs. ( CSS/XHTML compliant ). This base fee includes 5 pages, implementation of social media options ( Facebook, Twitter, RSS feeds etc. ), a spam resistant contact form, SEO plug-ins and the option for a built in Blog. Maintenance contracts are not required. A formal bid is required for each new project. It will include a list of references for MSIS, a detailed project description, specific time line and will be based on each Client’s individual requests and requirements.

For Clients that wish to hire MSIS to create a custom web site for their exclusive use, and where a Client would purchase the copyright to a new site’s design, this option must be requested prior to MSIS bidding a new web site project. ( This will usually more than double the above project start costs because all rights are transferred at site approval. ) In this scenario, every element would be custom built for the client and MSIS will release ownership and copyright at project approval and receipt of final payment.
MSIS is also a reseller of domain name registration and hosting. A typical annual hosting agreement starts at $60.00/year. Your first URL is free. MSIS includes set up of up to 20 e-mail addresses as part of any new web site build. MSIS can also bid the set up of shopping carts, web site forms or applications that feed an online database and many other options you may need for your business or organization.
